My father has bank account in SBI with Locker. My mother was nominee in that
My parents died and we have to file a case for Letter of Administration
As per court, SBI bank was asked to do the Valuation and as per valuation, the cost came around 14 lakhs.
So just wanted to know, how much percentage we need to submit as court fee

In Delhi when the amount is in between 10 lakh and 50 lakh, the court feee payable shall be Three and one-quarter per cent on such amount or value.
In Mumbai, the maximum court fee payable for the property value beyond 11 lakhs is Rs. 75,000/-

Don't fall prey to luring agents. Nobody will do free service, at times the brokers may be charging exorbitant amount, hence you better contact the court official directly to get to know about the charges to be paid.
