Change of Karta of HuF ?

Simply make a family settlement deed and nominate the karta ,must be eligible and acceptable. 

You can do this procedure to change karta in HUF also. A request letter to change karta along with the  NOC from other coparceners can be filed with bank to change the karta.

Only a coparcener can become Karta of a HUF. By virtue of the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act 2005, daughters can also become coparceners and have interest by birth in coparcenary property similar to sons.

IF You do not want to Partition your HUF still you may change your karta by making a Memorandum of Understanding stating that all members of your HUF have passed resolution to Change their Karta from Old one to new. Noterize it before atleast Notary Public and file a form 49A for Change in PAN Card from Effective Date. have a revised PAN Card. If you have IEC Code/VAT TIN No / ECC No etc. then you have to file said stamped Documents with necessary Other Documents with Concerned Departments
