482 filed in M.P high court against ipc 306

Dear experts,

The notice which was sent to respondents is unserved, it was not signed/acknowledged by Respondents. And thereafter there are no updates in case status. Also, there is no further update on tentative hearing date of the case.

Please advise -

1. how many times court sends notice to respondent if respondent doesn't sign/acknowledge ?

2. In what duration notices are sent to respondent ?

3.Now that one notice returned unacknowledged, will the court send another notice by itself or the advocate has to do anything to send the notice again?

4. Will we get tentative hearing dates in online case status even if the notice is unacknowledged ? I am asking this because we have not got any updated date in case status. Last tentative date was 12.6.2023 and court resumed to work on same day 12.6.2023 after vacations so nothing was done 12.6.2023.

Thanks as always for your valuable guidance.

Notice was issued on - 8/5/2023
Issued to - Respondent
Dispatch date -9/5/2023
Returnable date - 12/6/2023
Serve date - 15/5/2023
Ack date - 19/5/2023
Unserved - Un-Served

Get publication of notice in a Newspaper with the consultation of your lawyer.

The high court may list the matter on the slated date and if the notice was returned unserved for the  reasons that the addressees are not available or insufiicient address, then the petitioner may be directed to furnish fresh address and also a private notice may be ordered to be served.

You may wait for the court order..

Since you are not satisfied with the obligation of experts on this platfrom, probably due to the fact it is FREE OF COST,  it is advisable to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding

Whatsoever, repetition of same query time and again is ridiculous and absurd.

this query is repeated as much as ten  times and replied each time, wastage of time to reply this post

I agree with the experts that it would be waste of time and energy to reply to this frequently repeated question.

Dear Experts,

Thank you!
it is not the repetition of query. I am taking advise whenever any new updates are coming up in the case. I cannot ask query under a same query because this app prohibits from asking when last reply is of querist only.

I hope u understand.
