I am regularly paying club house maintenance charges.
But I am not allowed to use club house facilities as I m being asked to pay Rs 5000 for club house membership.
I am the 3rd buyer of the flat, and original buyer has paid club house membership charges, receipt is also available.
Inspite of this I am being asked to pay Rs 5000 and not allowed to enter the clubhouse.

If you do not have the club house membership then the association may not enterrtain you to use the club house facilities.
In that casae either you apply for membership or stop paying the clubhouse monthly maintenance charges.

If you have paid club dues, the association has no right to deny its facilities to you, did you raise the issue with management of club?

Yes, I did but they are asking me to pay Rs 5000 without which they will not issue me club house ID cards.
Also they have asked me to submit a form, behind that form it is mentioned along with this form Rs5000 needs to be paid
