Sir/Madam A GPA holder fraudulently sold a property which was not assigned to him, assigned only keep the property books, field verification, monitoring only. GPA agent get a pattadarpaas book who colluded with revenue authorities on GPA, on that fake title sold the property to others. The property actually a housing layout, plot owners get temporary injunction showing sale deed a voidable document or must file suit for cancellation of sale deed individually?

Your query lacks clarity.
However, if you are of the opinion that gpa holder has illegally sold the property then you have to approach the court for cancellation of agreement executed on the basis of gpa and cancellation of gpa.
