If you have any evidence to support your side then may file case against him...

but its too hard to prove and too long process

so try to create fear of police case to him and demand a settlement with him

But make a complaint against him in PS for cheating and criminal breach of trust, and if that issue gets due publicity, more victims may surface and atleast the perpetration will be careful in future realizing that his actions are under police scanner.
