no income from profit

Respected sir/madam,
My father has passed away 40 years back. I have an elder brother and sister. They have been utilising the cattle , lands, outcome and profits since 30 years. Neither had they given me a grain nor a penny out of the good profitable ones. So what is the further step that can taken.
