Terms between land owner and builder

Hello,

I have 1.5 cottahs of land at kolkata and I am planning to give it to a builder for construction.

After the building is constructed, what are the benefits that I can claim from him legally? All I know is that land owners get apartments and cash from the promoter.

But how many apartments AND how much cash? Thats what I need to know .
