Summons the record of court

Can anyone help me out to know how to summons the record of court?

The matter goes this way:

The summons is sent from Gujarat Court to UP Court.  The summons is duly served by UP court. Up Court sent that acknowledgement of summons served to Gujarat Court by Ordinary Post.  In Ordinary post it is lost.  So now court is issuing different summons but is not getting served as the respondent now aware of the case and wants to linger it.

Also the register of UP Court says that it is duly served but can't give anything in writing.  We did RTI also but the answer to it is still pending.

I got PM from the learned member of this forum stating that " Summons the record of the Court."

I want to know that how to do that?
