first you need to remove your name from the ration card your father is posessing and based on the certificate given you can apply a fresh rationcard on your name and add your wifes name in the card you  ration card that you would posess

Mr. Saravanan, but actuale problem is that, my father dont give me original ration card and the officer at mamlatdar said that without original ration card he will not remove my name and will not give me certificate to issue new card! :(
