Right of daughter in law over in-laws self acquired property

My uncle had two childrens. A daughter and a son. His son was married and didn't have any child.
His son got expired in accident. My uncle has self acruired house. That's only property he has.
He wants to give the property to his daughter.

He consulted to two to three advocates. As per them, though the property is self acquired and even if he makes a will to give property to his daughter, his daughter in law can claim her share in the property after his death.

Daughter in law is living seperate now and she don't have any child from his son. She has taken sum of 3 lakh rupees as well has taken back all the jewellary and all her belongings for new setup.

Is there any way to make sure that property will be handed over to his daughter after him as well daughter in law cannot claim the house after him.
