Accident claim case

 Generally, if deceased died , at the time of accident date , he is in job work or going or coming from job to home, its under workman if he define as workman under the act.

If driver of the vehicle died on own neglegence such case would file under work man comp. But the drive died in collusion of two vehicle on ground that the neglegence on part of other vehicel the case would file udner MACT
