whether man be prosecuted for relationship witmarried woman?

It has seen from various social sites igniter, tagged in etc where married spouses mostly of woman are keenly interested for maintaining the relationships with others. If married woman made 'relationship" with other guy who is not married but made " relationship" with the belief that woman is not married but later found to be married by law agency?

What happen if woman hide its marital status and maintain relationship with man and later found that woman was married ?

Whether the onus of proof lied on him?

Yes he should be. Being man it doesn't mean that he has the license to do any thing as he wish. It's his duty to check first whether the woman is married or unmarraied

married women wanting to have relationships (and hiding such fact or not) can be very well seen in metros and big cities...even single women who want to have relationship with married men are also not few in number..be it for money or just for pleasure!

as long as these practices continue without any laws coming up to handle them instead of allowing maintenance, we will continue to see more victims
