under society registration act you will find the relevant section for fees . for affidavit and affirmation it is Rs.100/- enough

I want to sell my flat in a co-operative Housing society in Navi Mumbai. The society wanted
me to submit a no-encrambance affidavit, so that they can issue a NOC for selling.
Can I get the format, contents and stamp paper value for the affidavit in this forum?
Is it necessary to notarise the same?. Please suggest me theprocedure at the earliest and
as to hpow must it costs ?
