Can lease holder apply for a conversion from agricultural to residential land?the lease is for 99 years.
may some 1 give his Agricultural land lease for commercial(industrial) purpose?
If the person who has taken lease for agricultural purpose,within his time span of possession leases some1 else the same property again as for industrial usage then ll it be legal?
please answer.thanks in advance

Hi,
Only a lessor/owner can apply change from agricultural to residential land.Agricultural land cannot be leased out for commercial/ industrial purpose.
