i have filed a cheque case ni138 and opposite party filed a counter case in diffrent court claiming that i am misusing his lost signed cheque ,he has produced stop memo given in his bank.counter case has rejected without anything heard for no representation.opposite party had produced in my court case file of counter case filed .there is some contradiction in stop memo he produced in both courts.my case is posted for final hearing on next month.is it possible to get the copy of stop memo from counter case (he has produced photostat of stop memo) .it was mp at the time of rejection .how can i take the matter in to attention of my court
