Contract job enquiry

Hello all respected persons,

I want to ask that I am working in public school from last 4 years on contract in Delhi (pitampura). Now my contract is about to expire in mid of may. I got one bad news from internal staff that the owner of school is not renewing my contract & also more than 20 teachers and more then 8 admin staff also. So I want to ask that can I (or we) fight for become a permanent employe in court?

If you were doing the job a regular employee then you may consult the various Employee's/Teachers associations/forums and also an able labor Law Consultant/Service Matters lawyer/Law firm before you act further and understand the merits.
