Contempt of court

After acquittal in 498A case, is it possible to file for contempt against witnesses who wilfuly failed to testify in spite of summons and warrants served upon them. It was for their statement (161) the case was started.

Is there any specific section and tme limit to file the case. Whether to be filed in the same court or high court. I would appreciate the reply.
