CONSTRUCTION COMMERCIAL

We bought a bungalow in a society in 2000 now our bungalow has become road touch hence we want to demolish it and make a commercial building there other than converting plot from residential to commercial is there anything that I need to look after like society laws and other and if there is please provide solution

You have to seek permission for such commercial construction, and it is left to local authority (municipality/Corporation) to approve the same as per laid down norms of land use (Residential/commercial).  There are many private consultants to under the job on a turn key basis.
