confusion of obc and Bc certificate need urgent answers

sir I m BC candidate from punjab. I have BC certificate bt that was old. I made an obc certificate for applying a gvt teacher post under punjab government. in the recruitment add its mentioned that for BC catagree there must be a certificate during counseling which shows that u do not belong to creamy layer. now question is whether my obc is approved during counseling or they will reject. give me answers as soon as possible.
