Complainant/fir

Is it must that complainant of FIR must have sustained some injury of financial nature in an FIr registered under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC.

If a persons comes across a crime taken place under the above mentioned sections but the crime has not caused any loss/injury to any person and the complainant of FIR has no connection with the crime then can the accused be convicted if direct proof of crime is available?

You are perfectly right yugesh in 420 ipc cases injury of financial nature should be sustained only then it imposes upon the accused .

The crime has to be established only then the accused can be convicted/punished for the offences charged on him.

If 420 IPC goes in the absence of injury of financial nature then can section 467, 468, 471, 120-B stand, in the given circumstances, if there is enough documentary PROOF (not evidence) available.
