Compensation for obstructing tv signals due to overhanging braches

Can i file suit for compensation for not getting TV signals because of neighbours trees hanging over my house and property

If you feel so strongly, you can definitely file a Suit.  But you will find it very very difficult to prove your case and therefore you will find it very difficult in succeeding in the matter.
