I have a friend who is a divorcee. She has a girl child who is 9 years old now. Now she is trying to apply community certificate for the girl child but the officials are asking the transfer certificate of the father which my friend does not have. Is there any way wherein my friend can get the community certificate for her child using her community certificate?
