Clarrification

I am owning agricultural land my land owner adjoining my land either knowingly or unknowingly removed one boundary stone laid by revenue officials Telling him to put it back in the same area has gone to deaf ears . I understand that his action is illegal what is the remedy .can I make complaint to revenue officiaals or collector

report the matter to tehsildar and if required approach court for mandatory and permanent injunction.

First obtain Fair Adangal copy and if you find your name against your Survey number, file complaint to the RDO/SDO marking copy to the District Collector.
