Sir, subjsequent to entering into Sale Agreement with me, my vendor had alienated the property favouring third parties under registered deed. I am intending to file a suit for specific performance. Can you suggest me to the type of relief by way of either seeking the Cancellation of the registered Deed or to declare the same as NULL and VOID against to the subsequent vendee in a suit for specific performance against to my vendor while with a prayer for specific performance against to my vendor? Pls advice
