hello,
when it comes to civil suit cases ,what does it really mean by admittance of a case.
1. does it mean, the judge really reveiw the entire facts filed by the plaintiff before admitting the case?
2.if a case is assinged a file number, does it mean, a case has been admitted by the court consiering all the facts?
3. do courts really does all the screening proces these days before a case is actually admited to weed out any false or frivolous civil cases being filed?
