I have Purchase flat in Cidco Aurangabad in 2013. This flat is newly constrcuted . I have purchased directly from bulider. Now i got buliding completion certificate from Muncipal corporation. Now i am proceeding for Cidco transfer process. Cidoc transfer charges are based on carpet area. In my sale deed Super built up are is mentioned i.e 109.20 sqmeter. My question is
1) How carpet area is calcuated for this cidco transfer charges? What kind of document required to show /or calcuate carpet area ?
2) Cidco transfer process take how much time ?
