I have shortlisted a flat at Naigaon East named Reliable Gardens. Tey have said that they have CIDCO approval. My question is how different CIDCO approval is from normal approval ie a VVMC(Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation)
Secondly is there anything in terms of CIDCO I need to know ie post my stamp duty and registration do I have to ask for anything from the builder with regards to CIDCO. I have zero knowledge of cidco
