Child manintenece for 1st marriage child order in us should

Iam a divorce married for the second time to a divorce. My husband has a child from his previous marriage and he is divorcee too ...his divorce happened in US and his wife is currently located in US but she is planning to go back to India.

My marriage is a legal one and happened as per the Hindu marriage law and is also a registered marriage.

My husband is paying the child support and spouse maintenence to his first wife and the court has ordered the child support for 16 years.

Wanted to know if we can contest the US orders  on child custody in India and not pay the custody..when she goes back to India as she is working in a good position in a software industry and from a very wealthy family and she has taken a good share of the property int he divorce settlement.

1. No, neither of you can challenge a US County Court Ruling in India based on your current legal standings as per mention in your brief.
2. Child support Order modification has to be done in same County where it was first introduced and depends upon State Rules, if it is liable to be modified or not which only a local Attorney can guide him.
3. In USA each State's have their own set of Rules for child support unlike India where it is general rules based on Common Laws.
