Cheque returning case

Respected Advocates, In the cheque returning case, the judge asked the accused to furnish bail bond of Rs.50,000/- and also one surety bond of simmilar amount. The accused is a govt. servant earning Rs.30,000/- per month and the surety also his colleague and earning the same amount. Now my question is that being Govt. servants, is is necessary for them to submit FDR receipts of Rs.50,000/ for the accused and surety or simply furnish the proof of I.D. card  that they are Govt. servants along with the bail bonds. Thanks in advance.
