Cheque bounce - recovery suit

sir how does INA for cheque bounce works. say, if if i loan someone money and get a post dated check of jun 1st to depost. does the 30 day limit stays from time of lending or jun 1st as in check? also, when it comes to recovery suit, what does sumary judgement mean and is it true that the matter will be closed in 6 months n summary judgement cases. what is the criteria for a summary judgement case.

Mam, the cheque is valid only for 3 months from the date mentione don it.One should present the cheque for payment on or before 3 months. If in case the Cheque dishonours for any reason one can file Cheque dishonour case inspite of serving of demand legal notice and no response from the person.

Whereas a Civil case say based on Pron note or an agreeemnt is valid for 3 years from date of execution.
