Dear student, can u clearly mention ur case?

there is blame on written date of cheque , a case of forgery on the cheque drawer.

under sec 467 ipc ,some one should prove/evidence --before him accused wrote date on cheque.the complainant gave only cheque as proof under sec 118 ni act .but accused says it should be lensed u/s sec 118 g ni act

perhaps date alteration in cheque date is not in puview of 467 but 464[2] ipc.thanks
