Change of designation after resignation

Dear Experts,

I have resigned on 25th March and serving a notice period of 2 months. 24th May is my last working day with the current employer.

On april 1st they changed my designation (given lower designation) saying it is organizational re-alignment. I did not accept the same as they are changing it after my resignation.

Now, in my relieving letter, they are going to give me the new designation (lower designation) even though i have not accepted it. This may impact my career in the future.

Please advise

Thanks,

Pradeep

This is done willfully.

Represent to good offices of appointing authority, MD, Chairman, Company Secretary and agitate that you have been demoted………..

If there is any works committee, grievance redressal committee, trade union yu can approach them.

You may also approach o/o labor commissioner, Inspector under shops and commercial establishments act of the state.
