Change Of Date of Birth and Name in Passport

The 10th Class certificate will be treated as original dte of birth as it is statutory document which cannot be denied by the Supreme Court. Hence treat the dte of birth mentioned in your certificate as the authentic one even if it is wrong for any reasons. No law can change your date of birth which had been entered in 10th Class certificate... Just remember and whatever procedures you will be using to alter or change the date of birth will be in violation of law and for the same you can land into ponds of trouble.

 

For astrological purpose you can use your original date of birth and for documents you Ought to use your statutory date of birth certificate.

Thanks alot Sir for the reply, I want to inform you that i have provided the birth certificate for my admission in school i.e. with the dob 22/05/1983. I have been with the same school since my pre primary schooling till ssc, Due to oversight of  me and my parents i continued with it, where in i have found it now due to some clerical mistake in the school records they have written it as 27/05/1983. Now as they have also found so they are not helping me to get it rectified though its there mistake just not to tarnish there reputation. I would like to inform one more thing that my birth certificate is issued on the basis of affidavit by my parents which is clearly mentioned in the same.
