if someone challenges will during probating ,(person with unsound mind or coercion, )etc how does the court know while giving the judgment whether the challenge is been made genuine or false?
some one please explain in simple language so that I can understand?
Challenging a will during its probate is a normal process. But at the same time challenge is not sufficient to set aside the will, the O.P need to establish the grounds with proper evidence.
