certificate

Dear Sir,

i have demate Account on the name of my father and mother joint name....in one account frist account holder is my father and sec. account holder is mother.....  in other account frist name is mother and secound name is my father..now they both are died before almost 6 years.... now my question is i should go for two seprate  sucession certificate... or one will do....

if its a joint b type account in which both holder have the sam eright and priviledge then your problem will solved by a single succesion certificate but if it is not then there may be problem, but in my opinion one succsion will work for both.

you can also tr for legal heir certificate from tahsildar of your area.

its better you ask to banks for this because banks have there own rules and regulation .
