An appeal in CIC has been declined on the basis of exemption in the nature of larger public interest which is between husband and wife. The forum has quoted the judgment HC Delhi High Court Vijay Prakash vs Uoi And Ors on 1 July, 2009 and also not provided the reasonable opportunity to place my version except a few and decided the case in 15 minutes through VC.
There are so many CIC judgments which allowed the information of wife to husband and vice versa but the single bench of CIC did not accept on the above DELHI HC informing that we have to obey the decision of the HIGH COURT.
Please guide how to appeal in double bench of the CIC to reopen the case.
