Caw cell summon on phone

Dear Experts

Today I got a call to come on xxx day(very short notice) for conciliation in CAW cell Dwarka.

I told him that I am already going through CAW Nanakpura till the time. He says okay come & give in writing.

Question

1) They summon me on phone As it is very short notice to come, What is authenticity of it?

Hemant,

I would just like to give you a suggestion.When you go to women cell first time.First present them an application asking to give you first the copy of the complaint so that you can check what allegations had been put on and ask for another date so that u have enough time.

I already have it, i have gone through CAw nanakpura since january,

after that she lodge complaint in 3 diffrenet places with same complaint, my question is that

What is the authenticity of summon in phone.

Summon on phone never heard of this before if this is possible i would have got tons of summons on phone by this time. It's just a phone call requesting you to appear in person.
