Sir, my client's neighbour has constructed ground floor touching our compound wall, and he is constructing 1st floor without the approval of municipality , our client has requested the neighbour to stop construction ur client issued notice to the newghbour and municipal commissioner to demolish the structure, none of them have responded. What is the remedy to ur clien ? Can I file a suit ? Have we to send a notice u/ 685 of Muncipal corporation act, applicable to Andhra Pradesh?
