Capital punishment

Some political leaders are reportedly opined that the capital punishment awarded recently were to the criminals those belong to say--Minorities.is there any data published on this issue Are all the Hon Judjes inspired with Hindu communalism

Sir our judicial system is excellent in world , except point of delay in process , for which certainly, something has to be done in due course.We should be helpful to courts so that justice prevails every where.

According to Dharma shaastras (ancient laws) also capital punishment is given to culprits. Example: Lord Krishna counted 100 mistakes after that killed King Shishupaala.India retains capital punishment for a number of serious offences.[1] The Supreme Court of India has allowed the death penalty to be carried out in several instances since 1995.[
