Cancellation of partion deed?

Later the said Narasappa Died Leaving behind him 3 Sons and 1 Daughter that is 1.L.Bojjanna (Late)2)L.Ayyanna 3)L.Nagamma 4)L. Anjaneyulu and No.1 as his legal heirs. Later L.Bojjanna also Died leaving behind him his wife, 1.Santhamma, sons by names L.pedda Sunkanna,and L.Sreeramulu.The another purchaser by name Giddaiah also died leaving behind him his wife S.Pedda Bhushamma and he had only one son by name S.Pedda Maddaiah as his legal heirs. The another Purchasers by side name S.Nagamma and Rosanna (Brother And Sister) Nagamma also died leaving behind him 3 sons that is 1.Pedda Papanna (Late)2. Nadipi Papanna (late)3.Chinna Papanna, and No.1 as his legal heirs later Late Pedda Papanna also died leaving behind him his Sons by names 1.S.Naganna (Government Employee) 2.S.Venkataswamy (Government Employee)3.S.Shyam Sundar Alias Shani Babu and No.2.As his legal heirs later Late Nadipi Papanna also died leaving behind him his Sons by names 1.S.Venkaswamy 2. In this partition deed clearly mentioned that is joint family scheduled property these property belongs to only legal hairs of the Narasappa and Giddaiah, by side of Nagamma and Rosanna families.By this Partition deed the Late Narasappa family, Giddaiah family and Nagamma and Roshanna Family separated Wrongly (late) Narasappa Family got 10 cents and Giddaiah Family got 20 cents and Nagamma and Roshanna family got 10cents.There was entered new person of L.Sunkanna S/o.L.Pedda Roshanna he was not legal heirs for (1.
