Please let me know in the case of the apartment, builder has registered a deed of declaration and also jointly filed apartment deed with 25% of the owners without the knowledge of the other members. Now builder agrees to cancel the deeds. Can it be done and what is the procedure. matter in pune

Registered deed cannot be cancelled unless court orders. So file a petition in the courts.
