My father taken money form his brother and make sale agreement of plot and in terms and condition they have mutually mentioned that if seller wants to get back his property then buyer would be back the same property. further buyer make pressure to return back his money with interest or transfer the title deed in my name as per agreement. further on january 2020 my father transfer the porperty in blood transfer. and on january 2022 my father paid the outstanding amount to his brother and ask to return back my property but he refuse to give back the property. please give some instructions how to get back the property which was transferred through blood relation deed.
