It may not be possible.

However show all docs on record to an able counsel and give inputs for a considered opinion.

my father has gifted immoveable property to my brother through registered gift deed n now he want to cancel the same since my brother is not taking care of him if its a conditional gift and if such condition is specified in the gift deed and if the gift deed is made beyond 2011 chances are there to revoke the gift

Even without gift children with income or property have obligation to look after old parents. Your father can go to court and try. Are you the daughter? If you have independent income your father can have a claim on you also.

In the title of your query it is WILL and in the post it is Gift.

What exactly it is WILL or Gift?

If it is WILL then the owner can cancell it in his/her lifetime.

If it is gift then if it is not conditional then it might be difficult.

Parents can claim mainatance from children.
