Cancel of mod

I have created MOD of 7500 for my home loan initiation .due to personal problem i am not able to continue with that loan .So is there any way to cancle MOD and get money back ?

U see the terms &conditions.if it says deducting charges &may return remaining amount. Or it may forfeit entire amount .
