Hello Sir/Madam,
My father has purchaced a land, nearly 20years back and till now we are using the land. Now I want to sell this land but one of land broker is telling that this is an DC land and we cannot sell this land. But till this date we have been using this land for agriculture. Please help me what can I do and what are the steps i need to perform in order to sell this land. I am from Kurnool district Andhrapradesh.
