Can society cancel my allotment deed?

My grandfather gifted me his property via gift deed for which he created allotment deed and gifted me that property. While making allotment deed there were some clause which society had problem with so we changed that and created according to them after that chairman came to sub registar and we did allotment deed and then gift deed . Now society is telling me to do some changes again they are saying to change flat to bunglow saying we are leaving in bunglows not flat and  i mean will it create that big of problem ?   lawyer made that mistake because one of document provided my society itself had written flat inside it so hence we got confused btw it is a bunglow  now they are saying we are not ok with the valuation it schould be more . So they are saying they will cancel my allotment deed is it even possible for them to canel my deed as they were present at sub-registrar and we followed all procedures, we also paid 2% for allotment deed and 1% for gift deed and now society it creating obstacles because of some personal issue we were having in past what to do and also they are saying it would take me 6 months to year to become a society member

You can consult an advocate in the local and first issue a legal notice and then file a suit for mandatory injunction against the society to direct them to reverse the cancellation entry and to acknowledge the gift deed as valid.

There is no such document as "Allotment Deed" executed by a Society, however, if so, show it to a local prudent lawyer.

Flat and bunglow are two distinct and different type of building / premises, which cannot be inter-changed for the purpose of documentation.

Is your grandfather alive?

What is the law under which the Society is registered?

When did the Society allot the property to the grand father? What are the terms of allotment? has your grandfather been in possession/occupation?

How the Society had acquired title to the property?

Is the gift deed registered?

He is alive. Actually society alloted my grandfather a plot in there society in 1980.Now when my grandfather wanted to make a gift deed lawyer said that it requires and index 2 and allotment letter to create a gift deed . So Actually only shares were given to my grandfather early and we have not paid stamp duty for it so to pass it to me he created a allotment deed and in sub registar office in presence of chairman and my grandfather they made allotment deed and then my grandfather created gift deed on bases of that allotment deed and all other documents which we were having. But now as secretary has personal problem with us he is troubling us by saying the valuation is wrong , and he is basically pointing flat word present in allotment deed but its just error. only at one place its written flat over there and everywhere else bunglow is written but eventhough the allotment deed is registered in sub registar he is creating obstacles .
