Can send calrification notice to association ilegal action

Hello All, I request association to furnish clarification certain points.. the association not conducting any monthly meeting & not sharing quarterly account reports & not following any bylaw rules and electing the office bearers without concerning majority of owners. I have asked questions viz email two times.. however I didn't get any proper response from association. I would like to ask lawyer expert for thier opinion to proceed further. Thanks Jayapragash
