My Friend's father was Member of Co.Operative society. After his death, his son, i.e my friend, has appplied for membership but society has refused to grant membership giving invalid reasons. Society has now instituted case against my Friend ,who is still not member, under section 101 of maharashtra co operative Act 1960 before Registrar.
Can society institute such case against non member ?
Any Act of reference or any case supporting this?
pls guide.....
