Can government servant be removed after joining due to employer's own so called error ?

Better not to be in any misunderstanding. In clear and definite terms, thre will be no scope of winning a legal battle by the employee, if ineligible as per recruitment rules. Even a mistake on the part of the employer cannot be taken as granted any relaxation of the rules.

Any loan taken by the employee has no concern with his employment. Rather, if loan is taken without due permission or approval of the employer, that can be treated as an act of indiscipline on the part of the employee under the Conduct & Siscipline Rules menat for the employees. Liability of the employee to repay the loan does not in any way devolves on on the employer.

The employee may better seek some other good job, instead of losing his money and exorbitant litigation time.
